Within Australia:
Standard Shipping for orders over $150 (excludes Bulky Items*) - FREE

Flat Rate of $12.00 for orders under $150 (excludes Bulky Items*)
2-7 business days 

Express Shipping (Excludes Bulky Items*) - Flat Rate $20.00

2 - 3 business days depending on location

Bulky Items - Free In-Store Pickup, or please call us on (07) 3324 2136 or email – to enquire about shipping costs. 

* Bulky Items (identified in the product description) - including but not limited to lighting, large ceramics, furniture.

Processing times

We aim to process orders within 24 - 48 hours of purchase depending upon availability and payment verification.  

Whilst we endeavour to deliver goods to your nominated address within the time indicated above, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Where is my order? It should have arrived by now. 
If you’re not home when a driver attempts delivery, they will take it to your closest post office. If they’ve done so, there will be a note in your mailbox letting you know which post office location they’ve taken it to. 

Bear in mind that extreme weather conditions such as flooding and bushfires can often affect the postal service and in turn, receiving your parcel in our quoted time frame.

Vanilla House will not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. Please email us for any other questions

I’m probably not going to be home when my parcel is delivered. What should I do?
If there is a safe place for the driver to leave the parcel without a signature, just leave a comment when you check out to give your authority to leave it somewhere safe (you can be specific) without signing for it. You may also want to have it delivered to your work instead. 

Otherwise, it will go to your nearest post office if you’re not around.
