Scalloped Plate with Flowers

These individually handcrafted plates are perfect as a trinket or apetitzer plate. Each plate is slab constructed with speckly clays and hand painted.  Each piece is twice fired for durability and strength.   

Ceramicist Maria Barry from Mia Ceramics studied at Tokyo National University of Fine Art.  The Japanese influence has left Maria with an appreciation for nature, simplicity, purpose and attention to detail.
